His journey into collecting began in Korea, where he grew up surrounded by sports card shops. Initially unable to afford the imported cards, his interest was reignited in 2019 when he discovered soccer cards, aligning perfectly with his love for the sport.

Eric's hobby not only brings him joy but also enhances his work. His experience in collecting has helped him approach problem-solving from a unique perspective, making him a valuable asset to his team. Projects like the Universal Search feature, which centralized listings and improved user experience, highlight his innovative thinking and dedication to improving the collector experience.

2023 was a significant year for Eric, not just for his collecting but also for Manchester City, his favorite team, winning the treble. His ambitious goal to collect the entire 2022 Manchester City Gold Prizm set has been a thrilling hunt, with 11 out of 17 cards already in his collection.
