Update 3/17

On 3/6, we shared that ACH transfers were temporarily disabled on Alt due to Circle, our third party payment processor, suspending their ACH service. This was an issue affecting multiple Circle partners.

Today (3/17), self-serve wire transfers have also been temporarily disabled as we migrate to new payment processors. If you need to fund your account balance via wire transfer or initiate a withdrawal, please contact our support team (support@alt.xyz) who will help guide you through the process. There are no fees for these manual wire transfers.

You can still make instant payments and purchases on Alt using a credit or debit card.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and assure you that we are committed to providing the best solution while quickly working to reinstate ACH transfers with a new third party provider.
