This 2025 One Piece Card Game promo features Hibari (#010), issued exclusively to Top 16 finishers at official Bandai Treasure Cup competitive events. Graded Gem Mint 10 by PSA, this copy sits at the top tier of condition for the release. PSA reports a population of 62 in this grade, reflecting the strict distribution limits of regional tournament prize cards. Illustrated by nuisance, the full-bleed alternate art showcases the Navy SWORD member alongside event-specific text and foil accents.
In competitive play, Hibari functions as a 5-cost, 6000-power Character affiliated with the Navy and SWORD types. Her On Play ability reduces an opponent's Character power by 2000 for the turn, while her When Attacking effect boosts her own power by 1000 and allows a Navy-type Leader to attack active Characters. Because Treasure Cup promos are distributed solely through high-level tournament placement rather than retail booster packs, high-grade examples represent key targets for TCG promo collectors.Show more
