This 1999 Pokémon Fossil Gengar #20 is graded PSA 10 Gem Mint. Illustrated by Keiji Kinebuchi, this non-holographic rare print features 80 HP, the "Curse" Pokémon Power, and the "Dark Mind" attack. According to the PSA population report, 197 examples have achieved this highest grade, representing a small fraction of total submissions for this card.
Released in 1999, Fossil was the third expansion of the English Pokémon Trading Card Game, completing the physical debut of the original Generation I Pokémon roster. Produced during the early Wizards of the Coast era, cards from this set feature condition-sensitive paper stock susceptible to edge wear and surface scratching, making PSA 10 grades difficult to acquire for set collectors.Show more
