The 2004 Pokémon EX Team Rocket Returns Torchic Gold Star #108 is one of the premier secret rare issues from the Third Generation of the Trading Card Game. Graded PSA 9 Mint, this card carries a population of 233 copies in this grade. Illustrated by Masakazu Fukuda, the artwork depicts the shiny variant of Torchic with its claw extending beyond the illustration frame—the signature visual attribute of the Gold Star subset. This is a cornerstone piece for a serious collection.
EX Team Rocket Returns introduced Gold Star Pokémon to the TCG, establishing an pull rate of approximately one per two booster boxes and printing the gameplay rule restricting decks to a single Gold Star card. Positioned as one of the three original Hoenn starter Gold Stars alongside Treecko and Mudkip, card #108 remains an anchor of the EX era's set hierarchy.Show more
