This 2023-24 Panini Prizm Teal Ice Victor Wembanyama rookie card (#136) is a serialized investment-grade asset, numbered 176 out of a limited print run of 225. Graded PSA 10 Gem Mint, this copy stands as one of only 98 examples to achieve the grading company's highest tier of certification. The Teal Ice parallel utilizes a fractured, cracked-ice design set against a vibrant teal background that frames the San Antonio Spurs center during his rookie campaign. As a low-population, serialized parallel from Panini's flagship basketball release, this card represents a cornerstone piece for any serious modern portfolio.
Following a historic debut season, Wembanyama was named the unanimous 2023-24 NBA Rookie of the Year and became the youngest player in league history to earn NBA All-Defensive First Team honors. He capped his freshman year as the first player in NBA history to record over 1,500 points, 250 blocks, and 100 three-pointers in a single season. Wembanyama's ongoing trajectory as a generational defensive anchor and offensive force makes his key, short-print rookie parallels highly sought after by collectors tracking active league superstars.Show more
