The 2004 Pokémon EX Team Rocket Returns Dark Octillery #8 Reverse Foil features artwork by Mitsuhiro Arita and highlights the era's dual Water and Darkness typing mechanic. This Reverse Holo parallel is distinguished by the EX Team Rocket Returns logo stamped in the lower-right corner of the illustration box. Graded PSA 10 Gem Mint, the card holds a PSA population of 19 copies at this top tier.
Released in late 2004, EX Team Rocket Returns served as a modern follow-up to the original 2000 Team Rocket expansion, focusing heavily on Dark Pokémon and Team Rocket lore. Reverse Foil cards from this set feature widespread foil coverage across the card body, making top-grade examples susceptible to surface scratching and edge wear.Show more
