Neo Genesis marked the English Trading Card Game debut of Generation II, introducing Johto-region Pokémon to the card game. Lugia serves as the central chase card of the 111-card set, set against the era's signature cosmic holofoil design. Early Wizards of the Coast foil stock from this release is notable for its sensitivity to silvering, print lines, and surface scratching, giving top-tier graded examples significant context within vintage Pokémon collecting.Show more
