Pop40
This 2002 Pokémon Legendary Collection Reverse Foil Charizard #3 is graded PSA 8.5 NM-MT+. Evaluated as an investment-grade asset, this card features the classic artwork of Mitsuhiro Arita paired with the highly distinct and condition-sensitive "fireworks" reverse holofoil pattern. The PSA population for this specific 8.5 half-grade stands at just 38 copies, highlighting its scarcity in high-grade condition where surface wear typically limits technical grades.
Released in 2002, the Legendary Collection was the first expansion to introduce reverse holofoil cards to the Western Pokémon TCG, making this Charizard the flagship chase card of a historic design transition. Because the expansive foil surface of Legendary Collection reverse holos is exceptionally prone to print lines and light scratching, securing a well-preserved copy remains a primary objective for serious Wizards of the Coast-era collectors.Show more
