This 2004 Pokémon EX Team Rocket Returns Onix #69 is graded PSA 10 Gem Mint. Illustrated by Atsuko Nishida, this reverse foil variant features the set's signature logo stamped across the lower right of the artwork. PSA reports 33 copies in total at the Gem Mint 10 grade.
Released in November 2004, EX Team Rocket Returns revisited the villainous theme of the original 2000 Team Rocket expansion, introducing Dark Pokémon and stamped reverse holofoils to the third-generation TCG block. The full-surface reverse foil technology used throughout the EX era renders high-grade examples particularly condition-sensitive due to susceptibility to surface scratching and edge wear.Show more
