This 2002 Pokémon Legendary Collection Reverse Foil Charizard #3 is graded BGS 9.5 Gem Mint, backed by subgrades of 9.5 for Centering, 9.5 for Edges, 9.5 for Corners, and 9 for Surface. Illustrated by Mitsuhiro Arita, the card features the iconic Base Set Charizard artwork framed by the set's full-card reverse foil finish. With a BGS population of 53 copies at this grade level, this is an investment-grade TCG asset.
Released in 2002, the Legendary Collection expansion introduced the Pokémon TCG's distinct fireworks reverse-foil pattern, which covers the entire card face around the central illustration. Serving as a interim reprint expansion between the Neo and e-Card eras, the product had a relatively brief production run, with Charizard standing as the key chase card of the checklist. Due to the expansive foil surface area, high-grade copies are notably condition-sensitive, making Gem Mint examples challenging to secure.Show more
