The 2000 Pokémon Gym Heroes 1st Edition Rocket's Hitmonchan #11 features artwork by Ken Sugimori and stands as a key holofoil from Wizards of the Coast's vintage English run. Graded Gem Mint 10 by PSA, this card carries a recorded population of 200 examples in the company's census. The card displays the 1st Edition edition stamp on the lower left of the art window, paired with intact holofoil pattern visibility and defined perimeter edges.
Released in August 2000, Gym Heroes was the first English set to introduce Owner's Pokémon, mechanics tied directly to Gym Leaders and Team Rocket commanders. Positioned as card #11 in the 132-card set, Rocket's Hitmonchan incorporates unique attack rules like Crosscounter alongside standard Fighting-type energy requirements. Early WOTC 1st Edition holofoils are notoriously condition-sensitive due to print lines, edge chipping, and surface scratching, making PSA 10 copies a distinct minority among overall submissions.Show more
