This 1998 Japanese Pokémon Vending Series 1 Eevee #133 is graded PSA 10 Gem Mint, featuring original artwork by primary series illustrator Mitsuhiro Arita. According to the PSA population report, 352 examples have achieved this top grade. Achieving a Gem Mint designation on this issue is particularly notable due to the physical distribution method, as factory handling and sheet removal left many copies prone to edge wear and surface imperfections.
Released exclusively in Japan in 1998, Vending Series 1 (Expansion Sheet 1) cards were distributed through randomized vending machines where collectors peeled individual cards directly from cardboard sheets. This unique release mechanism, combined with its distinct glossy card stock and exclusive artwork not found in standard main expansion sets, positions this card as a key early-era print for one of the franchise's most prominent characters.Show more
