This 2023 Panini One and One Downtown Victor Wembanyama rookie card (#22) is graded GEM MT 10 by PSA. Only 73 examples of this card have achieved the Gem Mint 10 designation in the PSA population registry. The Downtown insert is an unnumbered, short-print case hit featuring stylized artwork of Wembanyama set against San Antonio's historic Alamo. The card's condition-sensitive black borders, foil surface, and centering are fully intact, meeting PSA's highest grading standards. Given its market tier, this card stands as an investment-grade addition to a serious basketball portfolio.
Wembanyama's trading card market is underpinned by his historic achievements on the court. Following a unanimous 2023-24 NBA Rookie of the Year campaign—where he averaged 21.4 points, 10.6 rebounds, and a league-leading 3.6 blocks per game—he established further milestones in the 2024-25 season. On November 13, 2024, Wembanyama scored 50 points against the Washington Wizards, making him the youngest center in NBA history to reach that mark.Show more
