This 2000 Japanese Neo 3 Raikou Holo showcases the iconic Ken Sugimori art from the Awakening Legends release, a set that remains a high point for collectors of the Johto era. As card #243, this Raikou is a central piece of the legendary beast trio that defined much of the Neo-era lore and aesthetic. Graded PSA 10 Gem Mint, this card is part of a population of 857 in this condition, standing out for its preservation despite the inherent condition sensitivity of early holofoil surfaces. The Neo 3 set is historically significant as it introduced some of the franchise's most enduring artwork styles and expanded the Pokédex just as the global phenomenon was reaching its second major peak. It's a solid addition for anyone focused on the vintage Japanese sets that bridged the gap between the original Base Set era and the later e-Series designs.Show more
