Pop73
This 1st Edition Lt. Surge's Raichu from the 2000 Pokémon Gym Heroes expansion is a well-preserved example of the Wizards of the Coast era, graded Gem Mint 10 by PSA. As card #28 in the set, this non-holographic rare features the classic character design by lead series illustrator Ken Sugimori. Gym Heroes marked a significant shift in the TCG by introducing "Owner's Pokémon," tying the cards directly to the iconic Kanto Gym Leaders like Lt. Surge. This specific card holds a population of 73 in a PSA 10, which is a notable figure for a card from a condition-sensitive era now over two decades old. For collectors focused on finishing high-grade 1st Edition Gym sets, this Raichu represents a clear opportunity to secure a key Gen 1 evolution from one of the hobby's most influential early releases.Show more
