Released in late 2004, EX Team Rocket Returns revisited the Dark Pokémon concept originally debuted in the 1999 Team Rocket expansion. Reverse Foil variants from this set feature the EX Team Rocket Returns logo stamped directly onto the lower corner of the artwork frame. Due to the susceptibility of mid-2000s foil card stock to surface scratching and edge wear, Gem Mint copies of reverse foils from this era remain scarce among vintage Pokémon releases.Show more
