This 2004 Pokémon EX Team Rocket Returns Dark Houndoom #5 Reverse Holofoil is graded PSA 10 Gem Mint. According to the PSA population report, 45 examples have achieved this highest grade. Illustrated by Mitsuhiro Arita, the Stage 1 dual-type Dark and Fire Pokémon displays the EX Team Rocket Returns set logo stamped in the bottom right corner of the artwork box, a hallmark feature of mid-EX Era reverse foil prints.
Released in November 2004, EX Team Rocket Returns served as the direct thematic successor to the original 2000 Team Rocket expansion, reintroducing Dark Pokémon alongside new dual-type mechanics to the competitive game. Reverse holofoils from this set feature a foil pattern extending across the entire card face, making high-grade copies condition-sensitive due to susceptibility to surface scratching and edge wear.Show more
