Graded Gem Mint 10 by PSA, this full-art promo features original illustration by Mitsuhiro Arita that reinterprets Hishikawa Moronobu's 17th-century ukiyo-e woodblock masterpiece, "Beauty Looking Back," depicting Pikachu resting on the shoulder of a woman in traditional kimono attire.
Created to celebrate the intersection of Japanese cultural heritage and the Pokémon franchise, the Japan Post promo set was distributed exclusively via mail-order lottery in Japan.
