This 2003 Pokémon EX Ruby & Sapphire Torchic #74 represents a significant turning point in the franchise's history. As part of the first set published by Nintendo following the transition from Wizards of the Coast, this card marks the debut of the Hoenn region and the Third Generation in the TCG. The card features artwork by Kouki Saitou and includes the characteristic e-Reader dot-code strip designed for use with the Game Boy Advance. Graded a PSA 9 Mint, this copy is one of only 31 at this grade level according to current population data. While common in rarity within the set, finding well-preserved examples from the early Nintendo era is a priority for many Hoenn-era collectors. Given the enduring popularity of the Gen 3 starters and the unique technical history of the e-Series cards, this is a solid specimen for anyone tracking the evolution of the early 2000s TCG.Show more
