Featured here is the 2024 One Piece Card Game Portgas D. Ace #028 promo, issued as part of the 2023 Championship Event Pack - Finalist release. Illustrated by Sunohara, the card features the Whitebeard Pirates character accented by the official Championship 2023 gold foil emblem and a Special attribute mark. Graded PSA 10 Gem Mint, the card stands at the highest official condition tier with a population of 51 copies in the PSA registry.
Distributed exclusively to top competitors during official 2023 Championship circuit events, the Finalist promo pack features a significantly restricted print history compared to mainstream booster set issues. As a prominent character in the One Piece franchise with direct utility in Whitebeard-themed decks, high-grade promo copies from competitive circuit distribution represent key milestones in the TCG's organized play history.Show more
