This 2016 Pokémon XY Generations Gengar #35 Reverse Foil is graded PSA Gem Mint 10. Illustrated by Saya Tsuruta, the card features the Stage 2 Psychic-type Pokémon framed by the distinct reverse foil pattern of the XY era. According to the PSA population report, only 12 copies have earned the Gem Mint 10 grade, placing it among the highest-graded examples recorded.
Released to mark the 20th anniversary of the Pokémon franchise, the 2016 XY Generations expansion was available exclusively through special collection products like Mythical Pokémon Collections and Elite Trainer Boxes rather than standard booster boxes. This non-traditional distribution method created a tighter print run compared to main series releases of the era, elevating the standing of key Kanto favorites like Gengar within the set's overall print history.Show more
