The 1999 Pokémon Japanese Intro Pack Squirtle Deck Squirtle #37 is graded PSA Gem Mint 10. Illustrated by Sumiyoshi Kizuki, the card features artwork of Squirtle sleeping under a tree surrounded by fallen fruit, framed by the card's 50 HP and its two printed attacks, Bite and Rocket Tackle. PSA has recorded 212 copies achieving this Gem Mint 10 designation.
This card originates from the 1999 Japanese Intro Pack, a specialized release created to introduce new players to the Pokémon Trading Card Game using pre-constructed Bulbasaur and Squirtle half-decks. Cards distributed within these instructional starter kits were frequently shuffled and played, making pristine Gem Mint condition examples notably difficult to preserve from this early era of the Japanese TCG.Show more
