Illustrated by veteran Pokémon TCG artist Mitsuhiro Arita, the full-art composition pays homage to Hishikawa Moronobu's 17th-century ukiyo-e woodblock masterpiece, Beauty Looking Back (Mikaeri Bijin), depicting Pikachu riding on the shoulder of a woman dressed in an ornate red kimono.
