2006 Pokemon Ex Holon Phantoms REVERSE FOIL MANKEY #70

This 2006 Pokémon EX Holon Phantoms Mankey #70 features the stamped reverse foil treatment and is graded PSA 10 Gem Mint. With a PSA population of just 6 copies at this top grade, it stands as an exceptionally scarce survivor from the mid-2000s EX era. Illustrated by Atsuko Nishida, the card features Mankey as a Delta Species Fire-type Pokémon, complete with the set's logo stamped in the bottom-right corner of the artwork.
EX Holon Phantoms is celebrated for expanding the Delta Species lore, a mechanic where Pokémon possessed atypical typings due to the magnetic waves of the Holon region. The reverse holographic cards from this period are notorious among collectors for their condition sensitivity, as the foil-bordered design and stamped logo are prone to showing edge wear and silvering. This card displays Mankey with its altered Fire typing, complete with the corresponding red borders and Energy requirements for its attacks.Show more
