The 2002 Pokémon Neo Destiny 1st Edition Shining Tyranitar #113 is graded PSA 9 Mint. According to the PSA population report, 378 copies share this grade. Illustrated by Ken Sugimori, the card features the secret rare #113/105 numbering and carries the 1st Edition symbol. The card text includes the deck-building restriction stating that players may only have one Shining Tyranitar in a deck.
Released by Wizards of the Coast, Neo Destiny was the fourth and final installment of the Neo Series. It expanded on the Shining Pokémon concept introduced in Neo Revelation, utilizing a specialized foil treatment applied directly to the character portrait. As a 1st Edition Secret Rare from the final set of the WOTC Neo era, this card represents a distinct release phase in early Pokémon TCG history.Show more
