This 2004 Pokémon EX Team Rocket Returns Onix #69 features the set's distinctive reverse foil pattern and artwork illustrated by Atsuko Nishida, complete with the stamped set logo in the lower right corner of the image window. Graded PSA 10 Gem Mint, it represents the highest official grade awarded by PSA, with a population of 33 copies.
Released in November 2004, EX Team Rocket Returns served as the direct thematic successor to the original 2000 Team Rocket set, expanding the roster of Dark Pokémon and introducing Pokémon * (Gold Star) cards to the TCG. Reverse foil cards from the EX Era feature full-card foil surfaces across the text box and borders, making pristine copies sensitive to print lines and edge chipping.Show more
