The 1986 Fleer Stickers Michael Jordan #8 represents one of the foundational insert issues of modern basketball collecting, released alongside Fleer's landmark 1986-87 basketball set. Graded PSA 10 Gem Mint, this specimen presents with strong centering, clean borders, sharp corners, and full print saturation across the yellow side panel and red reverse backing. PSA has assigned the Gem Mint 10 grade to 128 examples in total. Due to wax pack positioning, soft paper stock, and off-center factory die-cuts, high-grade survival rates for the 1986 Fleer sticker insert set are substantially lower than standard card stock from the same era. This is an investment-grade basketball asset.
Cataloged as card #8 in the 11-sticker insert set, the card highlights Jordan early in his career following his 1984-85 Rookie of the Year campaign. The back text chronicles his 63-point playoff game against the Boston Celtics on April 20, 1986, grounding the issue in a specific historic milestone from his second NBA season. Positioned alongside his #57 base card, the #8 sticker stands as a primary rookie-era target for vintage basketball collectors.Show more
