The 2002 Pokémon Legendary Collection Reverse Foil Tentacruel #66 is graded PSA 10 Gem Mint. According to the PSA population report, 30 copies have achieved this top grade. Featuring artwork credited to Kagemaru Himeno, this card showcases the distinct fireworks foil pattern across the entirety of the card face. Given its population and condition, this is an investment-grade TCG asset. Issued by Wizards of the Coast, Legendary Collection was the first set in the Pokémon TCG to incorporate full-bleed reverse foil cards. The broad foil surface makes raw copies notoriously prone to micro-scratching and edge wear, contributing to the limited number of PSA 10 examples in existence today.Show more
