The 2002 Pokémon Legendary Collection Reverse Foil Dark Raichu #7 is graded Gem Mint 10 by PSA. The PSA population report indicates that only 42 copies have received this highest grade, establishing this card as an investment-grade TCG asset. Illustrated by Mitsuhiro Arita, the card showcases the set's distinct reverse-holofoil fireworks foil pattern spanning the border and text box.
Released in 2002, Legendary Collection introduced the franchise's inaugural reverse-holofoil parallel set, utilizing a fireworks foil treatment that was never reused in subsequent releases. Dark Raichu holds notable significance in Pokémon TCG history, having originally debuted in 2000's Team Rocket expansion as card #83/82—the first official secret rare printed in the English game—before being included in Legendary Collection. The full-bleed foil finish on these reverse-holo cards is highly condition-sensitive, contributing to the strict scarcity of PSA 10 specimens.Show more
