The 2019 Pokémon Sun & Moon Black Star Promo Mewtwo & Mew GX #SM191 was issued as an exclusive full-art promo inside the Power Partnership Tins. Graded PSA 10 Gem Mint, this example represents the top standard grade awarded by PSA, with 10,111 copies achieving the Gem Mint designation in the PSA population report. Illustrated by sui, the card artwork depicts Mewtwo resting while Mew floats nearby against a cosmic background.
Introduced during the late Sun & Moon series, TAG TEAM cards paired two prominent Pokémon on a single card face, tied to a high-risk mechanic where a Knock Out forfeits three Prize cards. Mewtwo & Mew GX carries the Perfection Ability, allowing it to copy the attacks of any Pokémon-GX or Pokémon-EX situated on the player's Bench or in their discard pile. Distributed exclusively via sealed tin products rather than standard booster expansion packs, #SM191 stands as a central release from the TAG TEAM era of the Pokémon Trading Card Game.Show more
