This 2016 Japanese Pokémon XY Promo card features Rayquaza Poncho-Wearing Pikachu (#230/XY-P) graded PSA 10 Gem Mint. Illustrated by Kouki Saitou, the card was distributed exclusively in Japan within the Special Box Rayquaza Poncho-Wearing Pikachu set released in July 2016. According to the PSA population report, 2,329 examples have achieved the Gem Mint 10 designation. With its high grade and limited original distribution, this is an investment-grade TCG asset.
Designed with standard card framing and Japanese border construction, the card depicts Pikachu in a Rayquaza-themed poncho alongside the attacks Pika Punch and Fly?. The Poncho-wearing Pikachu series remains a prominent subset of the XY promotional era, created as part of specialized Pokémon Center campaigns that saw targeted regional distribution.Show more
