From all submissions evaluated by PSA, the population stands at 902 copies at this pristine tier. Illustrated by Sanosuke Sakuma, the artwork depicts Pikachu dressed in Giovanni's signature Team Rocket suit, complete with a red-and-green pixelated foil pattern background. Because it was a promotional release, distribution was restricted to visitors of Pokémon Centers in Japan during the "Team Rainbow Rocket's Ambition" campaign.
