This 2018 Japanese Pokémon Sun & Moon Promo features the Pretend Boss Pikachu cosplaying as Team Flare leader Lysandre, designated card #196/SM-P. Graded Gem Mint 10 by PSA, the card exhibits vibrant yellow borders, crisp centering, and a distinct checkered-pattern holofoil background integrating stylized Team Flare logos. A total of 769 copies have achieved this peak PSA 10 Gem Mint grade, representing a highly preserved specimen of a modern Japanese promotional release. Released during the "Team Rainbow Rocket's Ambition" campaign in March 2018, this card was distributed exclusively at Pokémon Centers in Japan to customers who purchased booster packs. Illustrated by Sanosuke Sakuma, the card belongs to a celebrated subset of promos where Pikachu dresses in the iconic uniforms of franchise antagonists. This release showcases Pikachu in the red-trimmed black suit of Team Flare's boss, capturing a popular crossover design within the history of Pokémon Center promotional campaigns.Show more
