The 2023-24 Topps Mercury Autograph Relics Black Victor Wembanyama (#WAR-6F) incorporates a game-worn material swatch from Wembanyama's December 11, 2023 game during his rookie season alongside a certified autograph. Serial numbered 01/10, this is the first stamped copy in a limited print run of ten pieces. Graded BGS 9 Mint, the card achieved subgrades of 9.5 for Centering, 9.5 for Surface, 9 for Edges, and 9 for Corners, and features an official Rookie Card shield logo. Given its low print run and official rookie designation, this is an investment-grade basketball asset.
During his 2023-24 debut season, Wembanyama led the NBA with 3.6 blocks per game while averaging 21.4 points and 10.6 rebounds, earning unanimous NBA Rookie of the Year honors. He became the first player in league history to record at least 1,500 points, 250 blocks, and 100 three-pointers in a single campaign.Show more
