Released as part of the Japanese Pokémon Center Eevee Mega Campaign in 2017, this Sun & Moon promo (#138/SM-P) features Eevee dressed in a Jolteon poncho with original artwork by Kouki Saitou. The Poncho-Wearing promos from this era remain a staple subset among Eeveelution collectors due to their campaign-exclusive Japanese distribution. Graded PSA 1, PSA reports a population of just 2 copies at this grade, making it a unique addition for collectors interested in complete pop reports or low-grade novelty items from a major Sun & Moon promo run.Show more
