This 2002 Pokémon Legendary Collection Dark Blastoise Box Topper (#S2) is graded PSA Gem Mint 10. According to the PSA population report, only 18 examples have ever achieved this highest grade, placing it at the apex of condition for the issue. Illustrated by Mitsuhiro Arita, the oversized card features the set's distinct fireworks foil pattern framing the full card border. This is an investment-grade TCG asset. Released by Wizards of the Coast in May 2002, the Legendary Collection introduced four oversized Box Toppers (S1 through S4) packaged flat at the top of booster boxes. Because of their size and direct contact with retail display packaging, surviving copies rarely escaped edge wear or surface creasing. Dark Blastoise stands alongside Charizard as one of the definitive anchor cards from the four-card Box Topper checklist, securing its position in vintage Pokémon collecting history.Show more
