The 2005 Pokémon Nintendo Black Star Promo Championship Arena #028 was distributed exclusively to attendees and competitors at the 2005 Pokémon World Championships. Graded PSA 9 Mint, this copy is one of 20 examples at this grade level in PSA's population report. Illustrated by Ryo Ueda, the Stadium card artwork prominently features Mew and Celebi framed above a futuristic battle arena.
Produced during the EX Series era, promo #028 carries a unique mechanical effect requiring any player ending their turn with eight or more cards in hand to discard down to seven. Because it was distributed only through official World Championships attendance, high-grade surviving copies remain rare within vintage Pokémon promo collecting.Show more
