This 2024 Topps 50/50 Chrome Gold Refractor features Los Angeles Dodgers superstar Shohei Ohtani and is sequentially numbered 24/50. Commemorating Ohtani's historic milestone as the founding member of Major League Baseball's 50/50 club, the card is graded Mint 9 by PSA. Out of a limited print run of 50 copies, this gold-bordered parallel features a refractor finish honoring the achievement. The PSA population for this card at this grade stands at 8, representing a highly restricted ownership opportunity for collectors tracking modern baseball history.
Ohtani's historic 2024 campaign concluded with a final regular-season stat line of 54 home runs and 59 stolen bases, culminating in his third career Most Valuable Player award and a World Series championship with the Dodgers. The card design documents the moment of his 50th home run on September 19, 2024, in Miami—a game in which he went 6-for-6 with three home runs, ten RBIs, and two stolen bases. As Ohtani continues his career in Los Angeles, this short-printed gold parallel remains a key physical record of one of the greatest individual offensive seasons in MLB history.Show more
