The 2007 Pokémon Japanese World Champions Pack 1st Edition Charizard #008 features classic artwork illustrated by Ken Sugimori. Graded Gem Mint 10 by PSA, this card represents the highest standard grade awarded by the service. PSA population reports log 84 examples total in a PSA 10 grade. The card denotes a 120 HP Stage 2 Fire-type featuring the 1st Edition symbol in the lower-left corner.
Released in July 2007, the World Champions Pack was a Japanese-exclusive booster release designed to re-introduce key cards from the earlier EX Series (PCG era) updated with Diamond & Pearl era card borders and back styling. Distributed primarily through Pokémon Centers and select retail outlets in Japan, the set saw a smaller print run than main expansion sets, making high-grade 1st Edition cards from the 108-card checklist difficult to acquire in flawless condition.Show more
