This 2004 Japanese Pokémon Rocket's Celebi #071 originates from the Rocket Gang Strikes Back expansion, featuring artwork illustrated by Ken Ikuji. Graded Gem Mint 10 by PSA, this card represents a 1st Edition rare holo printing. The PSA population report shows 130 copies evaluated at this top grade.
Released in October 2004, Rocket Gang Strikes Back served as the Japanese equivalent to the English EX Team Rocket Returns set during the PCG era. The release reintroduced Team Rocket-themed owner's Pokémon and introduced dual-type Dark Pokémon to the game mechanics. First Edition print runs from this era were limited in production relative to subsequent unlimited printings, giving pristine holo examples from the set a distinct position in Japanese TCG release history.Show more
