This 2002 Pokémon Legendary Collection Dark Blastoise #4 Reverse Holo is graded PSA 10 Gem Mint, with a PSA population of 73 copies in this grade. Illustrated by Mitsuhiro Arita, the card highlights the Stage 2 Water-type Pokémon set against a multi-colored background framed by the expansion's distinctive foil pattern. Given its low top-tier population and premier condition from the vintage Wizards of the Coast era, this is an investment-grade TCG asset.
Released by Wizards of the Coast in 2002, Legendary Collection reintroduced classic card designs from Base Set through Team Rocket while debuting the TCG's inaugural reverse foil line featuring a fireworks pattern across the card surface. The full-bleed foil application makes cards from this expansion condition-sensitive, prone to surface scratching and edge wear that make Gem Mint status challenging to achieve. As one of the marquee Stage 2 evolutions in the set, Reverse Holo Dark Blastoise stands as a premier modern chase card from the early WOTC catalog.Show more
