The 2021 Pokémon Japanese Sword & Shield Promo Pikachu #227/S-P was issued through the official Japan Post Pokémon Stamp Box collaboration, featuring artwork by Mitsuhiro Arita styled after Hishikawa Moronobu's classic Beauty Looking Back ukiyo-e woodblock print. Graded CGC Pristine 10, this copy achieved the top tier designation from the grading company, denoted by the gold Pristine label. CGC population reports show 271 copies in this grade.
Released in August 2021, the Stamp Box items were distributed exclusively in Japan via an advance lottery system, bypassing standard booster pack channels. The project integrated traditional Japanese fine art with modern TCG aesthetics, establishing card #227/S-P as a distinct crossover promo from the Sword & Shield era.Show more
