This 1999 Wizards of the Coast Black Star Promo Pikachu #4 captures a classic piece of early Pokémon TCG history. Illustrated by Ken Sugimori and featuring the recognizable "Kids WB Presents Pokémon The First Movie" stamp in the upper right of the art frame, this promo was originally distributed to theatergoers during the theatrical release of Mewtwo Strikes Back. Encapsulated as a PSA 8 Near Mint-Mint, this copy has 2,531 peers sharing the grade in PSA's population registry. As early WotC-era promos remain a core focus for vintage hobby enthusiasts, theater-stamped releases like this Pikachu offer a fun, accessible piece of nostalgia from the peak of late-'90s Pokemania.Show more
