The 2004 Pokémon EX Team Rocket Returns Mudkip Gold Star #107 features artwork by Masakazu Fukuda and carries the printed rule limiting players to a single Gold Star card in a deck. Graded PSA 1 Poor, this card displays visible surface wear, creasing, and edge chipping across both the front and back from vintage gameplay. PSA reports a population of 72 total copies of this card registered across all grades.
Debuting in the EX Team Rocket Returns expansion, Gold Star cards introduced shiny Pokémon variants with character art that extends beyond the standard illustration frame. As one of the original Hoenn starter trio alongside Torchic and Treecko that inaugurated the rarity tier, Mudkip #107 carries an established set history tied to the EX era, where Gold Star inserts originally held an estimated pull rate of roughly one per two booster boxes.Show more
