This 2012 Pokémon Black & White Dark Explorers Umbreon (#60/108) is a specialized Regional Championships "STAFF" promotional release, graded MINT 9 by PSA. Featuring artwork by TOKIYA and the era-specific crosshatch holofoil pattern, this card represents a highly restricted tier of organized play distribution. PSA has recorded a population of 63 copies at this grade level, highlighting the rarity of staff-distributed materials from this competitive cycle.
Distributed exclusively to tournament coordinators during the 2012-2013 Regional Championships, this version is distinguished by both the gold "STAFF" stamp on the left and the official Regional Championships event logo on the right. Staff promos from the Black & White era are highly recognized by TCG historians due to their strict, low-volume distribution compared to standard participation promos, securing this card's place as a key historical marker of the competitive circuit.Show more
