This 2002 Pokémon Legendary Collection Rapidash #60 features the set's reverse foil treatment paired with original artwork by Mitsuhiro Arita. Graded PSA 10 Gem Mint, the card sits at the top of the grading scale, with a population of 50 copies recorded at this level in the PSA registry. Released by Wizards of the Coast, Legendary Collection is historically distinct as the sole Pokémon TCG expansion to feature the iconic full-card fireworks reverse holographic pattern. Because the foil spans the entire front face of the card, raw copies from the set are notoriously vulnerable to surface scratching, print lines, and edge wear, making pristine Gem Mint examples exceptionally difficult to preserve.Show more
