This 2019 Japanese Armored Mewtwo #365 was released as a promotional tie-in for the theatrical debut of the Mewtwo Strikes Back: Evolution film, offering a modern CGI-inspired take on one of the franchise's most famous designs. Illustrated by the 2019 Pikachu Project, the card depicts Mewtwo in the power-suppressing armor originally seen in the first Pokémon movie, a look that remains a fan favorite across the TCG and anime. This example is graded PSA 10 Gem Mint, and while the population of 4,443 at this grade shows it was a well-preserved release, it remains a consistent target for those looking to round out a high-grade promo collection. As a Sun & Moon era release, this card occupies a specific niche in the franchise's history, bridging the gap between nostalgic character lore and contemporary film production. It is a solid, well-recognized promo that carries a lot of visual weight without needing to be the rarest card in a set to stand out.Show more
