The 2000 Pokémon Neo Genesis 1st Edition Holo Lugia #9 is graded PSA 10 Gem Mint, with a population of 45 copies at this grade according to the PSA population report. Illustrated by Hironobu Yoshida, this card depicts the Legendary mascot of Generation II in its initial 1st Edition English release. This is an investment-grade card.
Neo Genesis served as the inaugural Western TCG set for the Johto region, introducing Darkness and Metal energy mechanics to the game. English Wizards of the Coast printings from this era are documented for severe condition sensitivity, frequently affected by factory print lines and edge wear across the holographic foil background. Finding the primary holographic card of the set in Gem Mint condition remains rare due to those manufacturing tendencies.Show more
