The 2005 Pokémon Japanese PLAY Club Promo Jolteon Gold Star #023 was distributed exclusively through the Pokémon Player's Club in Japan to members who accumulated 20,000 EXP points. Graded GEM MT 10 by PSA, this copy is one of 148 in the PSA population report to achieve the top grade. Illustrated by Masakazu Fukuda, the card depicts the shiny variant of Jolteon extending past the inner artwork frame. Given its tier within the release structure and condition state, this is an investment-grade TCG asset.
Gold Star cards introduced a specific deck-building restriction during the EX Era, limiting players to a maximum of one Pokémon Star per deck. Reaching the 20,000 EXP milestone required sustained participation in official Japanese events, making the Eeveelution Gold Star promos among the highest point-tier rewards issued during the Player's Club program.Show more
